UP Asha Bahu Job Notification Application Form For 6600 Posts 2016 : Uttar pradesh Health and Medical, Family welfare department, now going to publish official recruitment notification for filling posts of Asha, ANM and Anganwadi posts. Chief Secretary of Chikitsa Swasthya avam parivar kalian vibhag published the official notification 2505/5-10-15-9(120)/13 regarding Asha recruitment. Its expected that district wise notification for filling posts of urban Asha (accredited social health activist ) will be published within this month.  These asha will be appointed under the NHM / NRHM national health mission scheme .  Government started filling posts of Asha in rural areas from 23 august 2005. in 2013-14 government recruited asha for urban areas also .  Now government will re recruit asha posts for urban area / shahri kshetra.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age limit : 

Candidates minimum age should be 20 years to 45 years. Married / divorce / widow separated women from husband will get preference in this recruitment.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should passed 10Th & 12th Passout

Selection procedure:

ASHA will be chosen through a rigorous process of selection involving various community groups, self-help groups, Anganwadi Institutions, the Block Nodal officer, District Nodal officer, the village Health Committee and the Gram Sabha.

Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on high school level merit.

Posts of Asha will be appointed as are following

1. 200-500 homes – 1 asha
2. 501-1000 homes – 2 asha
3. 1001- 1500 homes – 3 asha
4. 1501 to 2000 homes – 4 asha

Those female who worked as pear executive under the UHI urban health initiative , they will be directly appointed for Asha posts.  Those candidates who have 1 year experience as pear educator in cocnered area.

Final merit list will be prepared as are following,. 

• 1 marks will be given for 10% of high school marks percentage. Maximum marks will be 9.
• 1 marks will be given for intermediate and 1 marks will be given for Higher education qualified. 
• 1 marks Appeared in health department program
• 1 marks for 1 year experience , 2 marks for more then 3 year experience  and it will be maximum 3 marks .

Samvida employee of JNURM / UNICEF /  will get preferred for 1 marks for 1 year experience .  2 marks for more then 3 year experience.
Maximum 3 marks for interview.

Salary: 400 for care of each pregnant women and pregnancy delivery in community health center .
They will also getting paid for all other health department program.
